Now, you can use Availity to verify eligibility, check claims and access Centivo’s referral portal through a single sign-on. Additional capabilities will be added in the coming months, including submitting pre-certifications. Go to availity.com and select Centivo. # Members Review your Centivo welcome materials for the URL to access your Centivo member portal.
